I thought it was an interesting question as a number of ideas ran through my head. After a short pause, I realised that I wanted to give them a few pointers so that they can actually practice what they heard as opposed to giving them a laundry list of things to do...<br /><br />So, I shared the following with them. My experience tells me the following 3 should help...<br /><ol><li>Drive Results - Must work hard and over deliver on the promise - don't be lazy</li><li>Face with the Boss - Don't get into "us and them" mentality.
